“We recently closed on our home with the Mortgage Mark Team, and overall it was a great experience. From the very beginning, Tamara was excellent to work with. She was incredibly detailed and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. She made sure our property taxes were calculated correctly, clearly explained the different fees associated with the HOA, and walked us through the programs that were available to us, including options for buying down the interest rate. She also made sure we fully understood our loan, especially when it came to escrow, and never rushed through explanations. That level of communication gave us confidence from start to finish. As with any transaction, there were a few moments that required communication to be bridged, and Tamara stepped in to ensure communication was aligned with the title company and that everything came together for closing. I highly recommend the Mortgage Mark Team to anyone who wants to avoid unexpected increases in their mortgage payment after closing. We truly appreciate the effort and support in getting us to the finish line and into our home. Thank you!”
